With a stylized art direction and subtitles this isn’t the same Altered Carbon you’re used to. You’ll like it if you’re a fan already, but if not, try the show first.

As great a show as this goes on to become, it has a slow start outlining the elements that make up the world. Despite being interested since before its release, it took me four episodes to really get into it so if you can manage that, everything will be fine.
